Nurali Aliyev was born on January,1, 1985. Following his studies at Pepperdine University in California and at the International University in Austria, Nurali Aliyev graduated from Abai Kazakh National University with a Bachelor of Economics and Finance. Also, he attended the McCOMBS School of Business, University of Texas, and achieved an Executive Master of Business Administration from IMADEC University in Vienna, Austria. He received a Doctorate Degree in Business from KIMEP University.
